THE FRUIT DAY CELEBRATION
A day to experience different fruits. The aim of the day was to teach the child the health benefits of fruits. Each class made creative exhibits from fruits. Some Health Benefits Of Fruits... Plenty of fruit helps your child get adequate amounts of potassium, which helps keep his blood pressure normal. Fruit supplies vitamin C, a nutrient that boosts your child's immune system and helps prevent infection. It also provides vitamin A for healthy eyes and folate for normal DNA production. Different coloured fruits contain different nutrients and therefore have different health benefits.
